I work with seasoned professionals with a business background who are facing breakdown, burnout, or a broader life and business crisis. Many arrive feeling indecisive, demotivated, and unsure whether to fix their business, close it, or start something new. They’re seeing poor results and don’t know what to do next. I also support start-up founders who feel off track and want to understand why, after two to three years in business, they realize things aren’t unfolding as planned and need realignment.
I bring a rich and diverse background shaped by academic qualifications, hands-on business experience, and entrepreneurial work across multiple countries, where I had the privilege of meeting and learning from many business owners. Most importantly, I have lived through my own highs and lows. My journey required major transformations—one of which led me to step fully into my purpose as a business mentor, recognizing my analytical and intuitive ability to solve complex problems.
