  • My Mentorship process consist of  3 phases where we identify the type of crisis or the pains the founder  face right now ,analyze them and produce the right changes businesswise and personally  in order to produce a recovery and awakening plan for  a new fulfilling  path.  You can have one hour session as  as a diagnostic experience and do apply whatever changes needed according to findings or pursue  full awakening and recovery plan in 10-hour sessions.


  • I intent to work with professionals with business background   usually over 40,s  face a breakdown or burn out and overall crisis who need change in the business and personal life as one side effect the other. They feel indecisive, demotivated, have poor results do not know what to do next either close their business or to start new. I am also open to helping start-up founders want to check where they are and why they are off track since starting the business. 


  • I have a  colourful background with academic qualifications and business and entrepreneurial experiences gained with my  work in different countries where  I met with many business owners. Most importantly i experienced my ups and downs .I had to make major changes as the one now to become and act as Business mentor after realized my own purpose and analytical and intuitive capability to solve problems. I experienced my own adversities and discovered that in any business and personal crisis we need to step back to   find out again who we are via self awareness and introspection and reposition ourselves, discovering our purpose and what inspires us now. It is not about a lack of Business systems and dysfunctional operational management, most founders turn to look for solutions. We become new persons who do not fit into old structures and practices we continue to apply so  sooner we acknowledge that and change it the merrier
